Snicker Bar Slice
As a nutrition student, health and well-being is a
huge passion of mine & I love creating sweet food
alternatives that are nourishing and delicious at
Georgia Legge Student Nutritionist the same time!
RECIPE:
Base:
-1 cup cashews (finely ground)
-1/2 cup almond meal
– 1/2 cup coconut flour
– 2 tablespoons rice malt
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil
– 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Method: mix all ingredients together and place in
a line baking tin, later with peanuts on top and set in the fridge.
Caramel:
– 3 cups pitted dates (soaked 2 hours)
1/2 coconut oil
– 1/3 peanut butterSnicker Bar Slcie Recipe
– 2 tablespoons rice malt
– teaspoons salt
Method: blend all ingredients in a food processor and layer on top of base.
– decorate with choc and peanuts
