What we offer
What– Heavy duty rope that is used for fitness training for strengthening and conditioning
Benefits– Using battle ropes train the upper body muscles as well as your back, abs and glutes, adding exercises such as jumps, lungers or squats you can train your legs too.
What– The kettlebell is a cast iron or cast steel ball with a handle attached to the top (resembling a cannonball with a handle). It is used to perform many types of exercises, such as squats, swings and clean and press.
Benefits– Whole body work outs as well as weight training, strength, and toning.
What– Solid steel pole with ball weight attached to one end.
Benefits– Versatile training tool, can alter the difficulty (hand closer for harder and apart for an easier work out) Core stability, Balance & Coordination, Cardiovascular conditioning, full body strengthening & muscle endurance.
What– an exercise developing or displaying physical agility and coordination
Benefits– Helps develop coordination, improves flexibility, helps develop strength and power,
What– Any form of exercise that raises your heart and beating rates and strengthens your heart and lungs.
Benefits– Weight loss, strengthens your heart, Reduces the risk of several diseases, improves lung capacity, natural energy booster, great for mental health, helps improve sleep and helps the immune system.
What– Fitness bags (look like mini boxing bags) filled with sand used for strength training and balance training, the sand shifts around the bag– forcing your body to continually re-balance itself while working through a full range of motion.
Benefits– Improves stability, boost performance, builds better mental strength, strengthens your planes of motion.
What– A series of bags of different sizes, with different grips, used for a variation of exercises. (Can be used as a substitute for a medicine ball, kettlebells, or barbell)
Benefits– Can be used for multiple muscle groups or isolating muscles, help develop the core/torso, improves strength, power and rotational movements.
Benefits– Strengthens and increases the muscular endurance of the grip, wrists, arms, shoulders, back, legs, and rotational muscles. It also aids in building core musculature, coordination, and improving overall shoulder and joint mobility.
What– A form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements)
Benefits– No equipment needed, full body work out, builds strength, maintain better form, improves brain-body connection, uses every single muscle in the body.
These classes run in the Ninja Jungle downstairs from Synergy Performance Institute. They are on a Monday, Thursday & Friday at 9am-10:30am. These are supervised play sessions for 2+ while the adults attend their Gym or Class. Parents/guardians must stay on premises whilst their child is in KindaNinja.
