Providing Mindful Fitness and Human Movement Solutions
Kat has always enjoyed physical activity and was a bit of a wild child, running around, jumping over benches, and got into a very serious conversation with mum after she carried a pregnant woman off her feet without her permission, she was probably 8 years old then.
Anyway, Kat’s proper athletic journey began when she started Pole Vaulting for Malaysia in 2003, following from there she proceeded to coach in the fitness and sport industry since 2010 in Malaysia.
In 2012 after completing her Masters Degree in Sport Science, she continued coaching Pole Vault, teaching swimming, and training clients in different settings in Hong Kong.
Now she feels very blessed to continue here in the BEAUTIFUL Sunshine Coast – she’s loving this new chapter and what it may bring.
Kat loves being in nature, swimming, surfing (absolute beginner!), paddling in the ocean, and when she’s in the mood – baking cookies (AND eating them), and making yoghurt and kombucha at home.
