Head GFORCE trainer
Blake Jones
Blake specialises in group fitness and is the head G-FORCE trainer here at Synergy Performance Institute. He is a qualified Personal Trainer and Animal Flow Instructor, and an amazing all-rounder in any aspect of functional training with a preference for body weight workouts. He also trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Blake has been involved in fitness since his early teenage years and has turned his interest into a thriving career in the health and fitness industry. Coupled with his sense of humour and cheeky nature, Blake is the perfect person to create diverse and enjoyable training programs and classes for everyone, no matter their fitness levels or goals.

CHEK Practitioner/Personal Trainer
Conor Desmond
Conor is a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) Practitioner. The CHEK System is based around the holistic perspective of heath and an integrated approach to movement science. Conor has been a coach for over 2 years and has great experience leading people in breath work, meditation, strength, flexibility, handstands, and juggling both in group classes and one on one personal training.
Conor’s goal is to bring balance back into our community so our members can live long, pain-free, and healthy lives.

Yoga instructor
Crystal Belot
Crystal can be found in our Zen Den leading many of the Yoga classes available at Synergy. In addition to being a qualified Yoga Instructor, she is also a Hypnotherapist, Timeline Therapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and Neuroscience student.
Crystal has a calm, relaxing, and kind nature. She is thrilled to be sharing the power of Yoga infused with a touch of NLP and Hypnosis and is here to help guide your mind, body, and soul to a place of balance, wholeness, and health.

Yoga Instructor
Dionne Pittori
Dionne is part of our thriving wellness team and specialises in Yoga, Meditation, Kundalini Chakra Vinyasa, breath work, and running specialty retreats. She loves everything that Yoga embodies and enjoys helping others reach a place of balance and peace.
Dionne lives by the belief of achieving a healthy mind and body through incorporating breath work (prana) with Yoga poses (asana) and through positive affirmations.
Dionne can be found leading wellness classes here at Synergy and bringing stillness and calmness to the lives of others.

Personal Trainer
Katy De Corte
Katy has been working as a qualified Personal Trainer and as a valued member of the fitness industry for close to 10 years. During this time, she has found her specialty in functional training, rehabilitation, and family fitness. Katy has a degree in Physical Education and her passion for encouraging families and children to build fit and healthy lives is reflected in her caring, fun, and joyful attitude.
Katy’s nurturing personality and professional experience has also seen her build a successful career working with clients that have reoccurring injuries or are in rehabilitation from surgery.
She is brilliant at creating achievable health and fitness plans for anyone regardless of their goals and very often has her clients achieve even more than they originally set out to.

Keith

Personal Trainer
Kim Waite
Kim is a qualified Personal Trainer, Gymnastics Instructor, Advanced Power Tumbler, and Coach. She has over 28 years of experience in the industry with a unique set of skills and knowledge and is a valuable addition to the Synergy training team.
Originally from the USA, Kim holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and has reached state, regional, and national levels as an Elite Power Tumbler and Trampolinist. During her past decade in Australia, Kim has become a qualified Personal Trainer and has been teaching her techniques and tricks to those looking to improve their gymnastics skills and boost their health and fitness. Kim is technique focused, full of energy and makes every class and session a bunch of fun. If you ask her nicely, she’ll even do a backflip for you.
She is available for group training and one on one coaching no matter your fitness goals and is your go to trainer for anything gymnastics related.

Remedial Massage Therapist
Peter Duncan
Peter is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, offering remedial massage, cupping, and dry needling on site at Synergy Performance Institute. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience from an extensive career of working with professional athletes across a large variety of sports and is the person to see for any remedial needs you may have.
With his fundamental understanding of how the body works and responds to effective training and treatment, Peter has also gained his instructor accreditations in Animal Flow, impressed with how the practice can improve your mobility, strength, endurance, and power.
Peter is a versatile asset to our team and can be booked for remedial services and regularly oversees Animal Flow and Breathwork classes.

John
John is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Food Coach, John believes every weakness can be turned into a strength and is passionate about instilling this belief with all clients. John has a lot of experience in helping clients who have had injuries, and is dedicated to helping everyone keep moving and leading a healthy lifestyle, with a big focus on movement, mobility and functional training and breathwork.
He is dedicated to helping everyone keep moving and leading a healthy lifestyle. John has several years experience in the fitness industry in Sydney and the Sunshine Coast.

Koren

Brodie Duncan
Brodie has been a qualified group fitness instructor since 2016. She has a love for helping others grow and become the best versions of themselves.
She loves being active and looking after herself, you’ll find her in the gym training or playing TRL or Oztag in her spare time!

Jaryd
Jaryd began his fitness journey in 2005 with sports specific training during his younger competing
years in national Softball, state Baseball. Through his experiences as a client he then pursued his
career to help others and completed his Cert 3 in fitness in 2008. Since completing this degree he specialised in local clubs involving athlete development, venue security, body sculpting and MMA fitness.
In 2018 the term “movement is medicine” during recovery from a state motorcycle racing
incident he began his journey as a clinical exercise physiologist. Due to complete at the end of 2022
he has worked with many elite athletes including surfers, national cyclists, competitive
Paralympians.
He has seen great results in the clinical realm working with clients ranging from
healthy ageing, cardiopulmonary conditions, neurological challenges (stroke, traumatic brain injury),
injury rehab through to multiple sclerosis. Jaryd has a special interest in the neurological field and
understanding the processes that occur, or don’t, between thought and action. Movement isn’t
medicine, Mindful Movement is Medicine.
