I wanted to write a quick email to explain the gratitude I have for you and your team. I cannot explain to you, the immense anxiety, low self esteem, and absolutely zero self worth I have been carrying with me for many years now. It took all my strength and courage to come in on your open weekend, and I was greeted and shown around by your beautiful Jess, who made me feel welcome and accepted the moment she said hello. I signed up immediately thanks to Jess.

I attended your boxing class run by Blake... he probably couldn't tell, but all I wanted to do was cry (it didn't help that I had my shirt on inside out ). But he accepted me at my worst and made me feel my best. He continues to teach me and show me nothing but kindness and patience, I am so thankful.

I am so thankful for Kimberley, who greets me every time and makes me feel so welcome, she encourages me and inspires me every time I see her. Every single staff memeber has shown me nothing but support, and its really important to me that you know that you are making a difference already, you are all amazing and thank you, thank you, thank you so very much for accepting me into your gym

I'm totally amazed by the variety and quality of classes and trainers. Each class is tailored individually, which, for an unfit semi-slob like me is brilliant. I've been a member for under 3 weeks, going almost daily and have tried 6 different classes. There's so much more on offer than I had expected.

Hands down the best family oriented place I have ever trained at! Highly recommend.

Loving this gym, has really cool equipment which I have never seen before, really friendly staff and great classes.
